SkatePark

Home to both The Farmer’s Market and Music in the Park, the city park is located a mile north of Main Street, just off Hwy. 93 is the city of Challis’ Centennial Park. With its mature trees, playgrounds, bandstand, picnics pavilions, Barbeque stations, horseshoe pits, basketball court and baseball field this park has some thing for everyone. No matter how big or small this park has it all. So come out and play, won’t you.

Skate Park 
Although the Centennial Park has many wonderful features, the crown jewel of the facility is the Challis Skate Park.

Designed by some of the top skaters and skateboards in the state, this park was built with community volunteer support, local donations and grants.

The Skate Park Features:

  1. 2500 sq. foot kidney shaped bowl with step down bottom
  2. Granite ledges and pole jam
  3. Six stair with grind rail
  4. Ledge boxes
  5. Two quarter pipes

The finish is flawless and the flow of the park is unmatched. Visiting skaters and skateboard enthusiasts from around the United States claim, this park rates with the best in the nation.
